This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like extra breakfast items for small additional charge, please let me know.

Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.
