Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Just a one minute drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Welcome! Step inside this newly remodeled home, pull a shot of espresso and relax. This home has strong Wi-Fi, but no television. For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples SNA, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the cottage, providing shade and privacy. (Our home is nearby.) Birding, dark skies close by. Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!" In business since 1994, we are just real people accommodating real people. How does that sound? (Sorry, No TV. And, please, no pets.)
