Welcome to the H-Town TAKEOVER with Private Hot Tub! Our home is a beautiful NEW construction trendy 2-story townhome. This home Is located in the Independence Heights, with a quick 10-minute drive from Houston's most popular attractions! The Galleria, Downtown and also quick access to all major freeways and centrally located. Popular H-E-B Grocery store also Whole Foods on the next street. The kitchen provides cookware, coffee maker & toaster if you would like to cook at the home instead!

PH2 - Montrose Pool House with Pool & Soothing Spa

This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy

The Woodlands/Shenadoah Casita

Right in the heart of all of the action, you will find this super cute, well appointed Casita with queen bed. You will have your own space and everything you need for your getaway. We provide off street parking, outside patio, hot tub and access to the grill. This casita is located across the patio from our primary residence. While you do have your own space you may bump into us outside feeding the chickens or letting our little Yorkie out to potty. You’ll access through the side gate.
