Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath farmhouse with fenced in backyard. Plenty of room to spread out with a large living room, dining room & kitchen. Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch, and sunset view from the roomy covered porch. Porch can be accessed directly from the master bedroom or sliding doors in dining room. We love hosting families and welcome visitors. Washer/dryer available in garage beside home. We have chickens, a pony (Bud), a pregnant cow (MooMoo) 3 cats and a dog.

Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come join us on our small farm where you will enjoy luxury glamping at its very best. Take it easy relaxing in the hammock of our solar secret garden, recharge with a bubble bath and a stint in our infrared sauna; or hang out at either of our two fire pits listening to my retro vinyl collection. Farm fresh breakfast, private yoga or photography sessions with our 1951 Ford truck available upon request.

Cute tiny ranch house

Cute little rustic tiny home on a working horse ranch. We do have stalls for boarding if needing a layover while traveling. We do not have horses for rent as this is a private facility. We have protection dogs, chickens, guineas, peacocks, horses and cattle so there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. We are only 12 miles from Denton with lots of shopping and colleges. 45 min from DFW and 40 min from Ft Worth and 50 min from WinStar
