Welcome to our home! This English basement unit has its own separate entrance with keyless code entry. We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This private 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit has a full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry machines, desk/workspace, dining table, and small porch with table and chairs for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail surrounded by trees. Rent a bike from Capital Bikeshare and hop on the nearby Metropolitan Bike Trail. At night, relax with a glass of wine around a cozy fire pit table on our cobblestone patio.

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Two bedroom urban oasis with off street parking

Roomy 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We are a 1/2 block from major bus lines to the Rhode Island metro. We have off street parking for 2 cars as well. This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!

Located just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro Station and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the US Capitol and National Mall and all of the Museums. The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, private full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, queen bed and fold out couch. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.
