An entire apartment of 100 mq² with a Venetian style decor, in a private Palazzo Raspi from 1500 with a beautiful canal view. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has two bedrooms.The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, Nespresso Machine.The entrance opens up into a big living area with a canal view which can also be seen from all the rooms of the house. The entire apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Last but not least, the apartment has WIFI and heating.

Incantevole appartamento arredato in tipico stile veneziano - soggiorno con ampio affaccio sul Canale / Rio della Madonna dell'Orto . Si accede attraverso un bellissimo giardino condominiale. L'approdo per vaporetti motoscafi per i collegamenti verso la stazione ferroviaria aeroporto, isole Murano Burano Lido di Venezia etc si trova solo 7 minuti a piedi dall'abitazione. Check-in personalizzato con accoglienza da parte dell'Host che Vi indicherà le informazioni per vivere al meglio Venezia.

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
