Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese.
