Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

North Tawton is near the A30, 15 minutes drive to Okehampton and 12 miles from Dartmoor. Surrounded by green, you have a private entrance and the flat to yourself. The flat has its own detached garden with seating.
