Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Garden Hideaway Retreat with Private Hot Tub

The Garden Hideaway Retreat is a bespoke cedar cabin with private hot tub. Perfect for cosy stays anytime of the year. The cabin, situated in its own garden, is a short stroll from the pretty Georgian town of Blandford Forum. The town offers a range of restaurants, pubs, independent shops, nature reserve and North Dorset trail way. A number of eateries deliver meals directly to the gate. The space will suit both individuals & couples looking for a quiet space in which to relax and unwind.

Self-contained studio

Cute but spacious studio apartment on the edge of Cranborne Chase AONB; only 5 mins drive to the historic town of Shaftesbury. 'Bumbles' is the perfect place to provide easy access to a wealth of attractions, whether it be the newly re-opened Compton Airfield, famous Gold Hill and Shaftesbury Abbey, Breezy Ridge Vineyard, Stonehenge or even a day out at the beach! Guests are also offered discount on treatments at the onsite beauty studio, and are welcome to relax in the adjoining orchard.

The Barn - peaceful country setting.

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

Spacious self-contained studio with views. Holton

Self-contained, double-bed apartment in the quiet village of Holton, Somerset, 5 mins from Wincanton and A303. Perfect stopover location for those travelling to the West Country or attending events at the many local venues. We are ideal for those needing accommodation for work. Dbl bed, shower, TV, sofa, fridge, microwave/ oven, portable hob, kettle, toaster, breakfast basket, parking. The village pub (currently closed). There are other good pubs & restaurants within a 5 min drive.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Apex: a tiny house retreat in a wild meadow

A wonderful and unique tiny house on wheels, The Apex is nestled within a wildlife habitat surrounded by unspoilt views of the rolling Dorset countryside. Stay and experience the ideal retreat in which to relax and unwind, from where you can venture out on country walks in nature and to neighbouring rural villages and towns. Enjoy the loft-style bedroom and separate reading room floating above a fully equipped kitchen and living area, looking out to an area of outstanding natural beauty.

A tranquil place in beautiful countryside. This Shepherds Hut, in its own garden, is overlooking a meadow. Designed for relaxation, many quirky furnishings are made by the craftsman owners. This rural region is an under-appreciated delight. Ideal for walking, cycling, painting, historic houses, gardens, Messums Gallery and Wardour castle. Wonderful selection of pubs locally, a choice for each night’s stay. Breakfast is laid out in the orangery, all home made (told it is “scoffable”).

Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.
