Two beach chairs are provided for you to use during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the ships and dolphins from your private balcony!

Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

This is an iconic 1940 "Tybee Island Beach House" built in an elevated style that is a typical architectural vernacular to Tybee. Original detailing abounds throughout with a perfect mix of old and new to create a super cozy, beachy vibe. Bright, light, and airy cottage with crisp white and navy accents throughout create a chic Low Country vibe while retaining the essence of a typical beach shack.

The Anderson

Take it easy at this unique space. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. 600 sq ft place, bottom level of our home. 1 bedroom, 1 bth, kitchenette with frig, micro & Keurig. Entry through bottom. 3 AC/dehumidifier’s units. We live on the Marsh and low tide happens twice a day. Couch could be used for one person or some small kiddos. Pop up single bed available. Beach chairs and towels. WiFi can be spotty. Provided but not guaranteed. “Island living”.

There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to sand, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.
