What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Lake Norfork Cabin A

Cozy single room cabin w/shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps five with one queen Sleep Number bed and one double futon with a twin bed on top, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

Paul’s Place

Paul’s Place is a cozy studio cabin only a five minute drive from some of the best spots on the Buffalo National River. Whether you want a sandy beach to swim or a relaxing place to float, you will be in a great location. It’s also located within driving distance of Branson, Mo and only 10 minutes to Kenda Drive- In Theatre. The cabin is in a quiet private area with abundant wildlife. The home has a full kitchen and is completely furnished. There is parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Welcome to the farm!
