However, the neighbourhood is quiet with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. The tram is just a couple minute walk from the apartment, which will take you anywhere in Oslo. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening, and a spacious living room with a classic fireplace.

Welcome to our beautifully designed home, perfect for a serene getaway or a comfortable stay for business travelers, couples or smaller families. Near the beach, oslofjord and city center. Our space combines modern amenities with a cozy atmosphere, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests. You can take the tram and bus directly in front of the apartment to anywhere around in Oslo. Whether you want to see nature, the city center, the opera or the fjord this is the perfect place.

Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

Huset er godt plassert i forhold til både Norway Cup og Tusenfryd med ca 15 min kjøring til begge. Matbutikk (Joker) og bussholdeplass i kort gangavstand (4 min).
