Wir "ZurMelberi" wohnen im Erholungsgebiet "Fränkischen Seenland". Wer es gerne ruhig hat und dennoch schnell die Seenlandschaft erreichen möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig. Unser Dorf gehört zur 7 km entfernten Stadt Spalt. Die klimatisierte DG-Ferienwohnung im Studiodesign ist mit zwei Doppelbetten für max. 4 Personen ab 18 Jahre geeignet. Es führen von uns direkte Wander- (u.a. Jakobsweg) und Radwege ab. Mitbenutzung des Pools ist jederzeit möglich. Eine eigene Terrasse steht zur Verfügung.

Nach einem Ausflug auf der Schwäbischen Alb könnt ihr hier Entschleunigen und das Albpanorama vom Balkon aus genießen. Unser Gästezimmer kann von zwei Erwachsenen und bis zu zwei kleineren Kindern (bis 12 Jahre) genutzt werden. Auf Anfrage stellen wir kostenfrei ein Klappbett und ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung

Seenland-Traum mit eBikes, Sauna & Ladestation

Dieses große Studio besticht durch den Sichtdachstuhl, der eine sehr behagliche Atmosphäre erzeugt. In dem Holzhaus ist eine permanente Lüftung vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Ladestation für eAutos (0,40 €/kWh) vorhanden, 2 Cube eBikes und Thule Cab2 können ausgeliehen werden, Aussensauna neu!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

Our sunny and spacious holiday flat "Auszeit" is located in the middle of the Ries recreation area, on the very edge of the beautiful, quiet village of Löpsingen, directly on the "Romantic Road". From there, hiking and cycling paths lead off in all directions. In only three kilometres you can reach Nördlingen, whose historic old town can be completely circumnavigated on the intact town wall with its towers. Various restaurants, cafés and shops invite you to stroll and linger.
