Our 1 BR unit on the water is on the 11th fl, OCEANFRONT! One king bed & a sofa sleeper. Conveniently located on the Palm Beach strip. Walk to restaurants and watersports. Supermarket is 1 mile . Perfect for a family of 4. Peaceful location with awesome sunsets & the water is calm & sparkling clean. The rental amount does not include daily service/tax charge, which is about $35ish per day. If our unit is under renovation at the time, the rm. will switch to the new Bldg with same features.

Marriott Aruba Surf Club - Studio Unit In Resort

I have a timeshare in the Marriott Aruba Surf Club for a studio. It is a beautiful resort and rooms go for over $700 a night. This is much less since I am not able to use it. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities, etc are available just as if you were a hotel guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation & I would request you to message me before you book with your dates so I can verify they are available. I do respond very very quickly!
