This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. The Rustic Greenhouse is found on the main road leading to town; take the picnic basket and rug provided, & explore the Mt.

We are close by to some of the most iconic Gold Coast locations, including Surfers Paradise beach 4 kms, GC Turf Club and the Magic Millions 2kms , HOTA 3 kms Royal Pines Golf Resort 3 kms, Metricon Stadium 5km as well as the Pindara Private Hospital 1.9km and Gold Coast University Hospital 6km

Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
