Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Bring the entire family to Bayside Hideaway with lots of room for fun! Our modern 4 bdrm/3 bath pet friendly home is just steps from the Delaware Bay and it’s spectacular sunsets! The best part however is the house itself! Play volleyball, basketball, corn hole or relax by the fire pit, in the outdoor seating area or in the spacious common areas. You may also want to take a short drive to historic Cape May and its beautiful beaches or Wildwoods famous boardwalk! Endless possibilities!

The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.
