I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

The living room is equipped with arcade cabinets and gaming consoles for large or small party entertainment. The main level includes the master bedroom and bathroom, for easy access (handicap accessible). The second level includes two bedrooms and a full music studio, available upon request.

This space is located in beautiful Butler Tarkington neighborhood. Most homes were built in the in the early 1920's. Our home was built in 2005. This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis. We have a screen porch that seats four available for you to use during your visit
