Relax with the Completely renovated waterfront home on DeRuyter Lake. The home is situated on the north peninsula of Crone Island between 50' of pristine waterfront & panoramic views on both sides of the property. This relaxing getaway will create lasting memories you will remember for a lifetime. The property features 2 docks (May 1st - Oct. 1st), two decks and amenities needed to enjoy your couples or family stay. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
