Situated within beautiful farmland in a peaceful hamlet a couple of miles from the A30, this is an ideal base to enjoy a break in Cornwall with easy access to popular destinations, stunning beaches and famous landmarks.

Polzeath Surfhouse - 3 Pentire Rocks

Light and airy modern house, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garden and parking. A perfect place for surfing on the famous Polzeath beach and SW coast path - a 5 minute walk away, or equally a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer in terms of walks, beaches, swimming, relaxing, picnicking. Baby Bay boasts a wonderful outdoor sauna in close proximity. We are very proud of our home and have made every effort to keep it newly decorated and beautifully furnished.

Quirky Flat nr Beach (Thu-Thu during Summer Hols)

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! The conservatory provides an extra living/dining area from which to enjoy the gorgeous views. The outdoor shower is also a highlight!

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

We are extremely excited to welcome Anterre, an exquisite new house offering unparalleled sea views across to Stepper Point and the Camel Estuary. Spanning 2.5 floors, the house has been meticulously designed to ensure you will never want to leave. Luxurious soft furnishings, warm tactile finishes, and large sections of glass bathe the interior in natural light, seamlessly merging the inside with the outside world. Outside, there is a large private west-facing garden and patio area.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with super king and king size beds In the main bedrooms. Private fishing lake and bird hide. Stunning views of the valley. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.

The Lodge

The lodge, is tucked away on the far side of New Polzeath, with views of Pentire Point, a garden with great sea views 5 meters from the front door, and a large communal garden that rolls down to beautiful Baby Bay, whilst only being a stone through away from the hustle and bustle of Polzeath. From the lodge you can relax on the beach, ramble out on the dramatic North Cornish coastal path, or enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony.

Jay is a Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow just steps from the beach , shops and restaurants in the centre of Polzeath. Brand new kitchen , shower room , bi fold doors and new flooring throughout plus new corner sofa. New decking ! Private parking and south west facing enclosed garden. Large deck with garden furniture and bbq leads onto the garden with summerhouse and sun loungers and painted interior using tones of grey and white !

Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike. To ensure the apartment is cleaned as per Covid guidelines, check in is now 4pm Please be aware that during July and August, we only rent the apartment Friday to Friday. Thanks
