Welcome to our spacious funky apartment at Morley Heights-an iconic building on the edge of the CBD. Soak up the hustle and bustle of the Naki culture -escape to the seaside (5 mins walk to the Aquatic Centre or Walkway,) 7 mins stroll to the famous Len Lye Gallery and amazing cafes and bars such as Monicas, Ozone or Ms Whites. Completely renovated with all that you need for a fabulous stay. Sea and mountain views. We are still painting the exterior so the outside is slowly changing to grey.

Grandma's Cottage is little, quaint and cosy. The Cottage, with its own entrance has one bedroom and bathroom . One street away from the wonderful Coastal walkway, why wouldn't you stay here ! Walk along the walkway into Town where there are numerous Cafe's, Restaurants, Shops, Puke Ariki, Govett-Brewster Art Gallery / Len Lye Centre, all well worth a visit. Pukekura Park and TSB Bowl of Brooklands, (Where the famous World Festival, Womad is held in March) all are only a pleasant walk away.

The Village hosts a cafe, petrol station, large mountain bike park, NZ's largest Holden Museum with luge and mini golf.

Modern amenities and tasteful decor, create an ambiance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Please note this property is part of a two block unit and we offer the front unit as an Air BnB. Not an ideal set up for young families with children on the go - as there is no outdoor grass to play on and has a shared driveway.

Detached from the main house, this is a sleepout/studio. Guests love the quiet and secure neighbourhood location. Local shopping centre with supermarket, chemist and library are 10mins walk/5mins drive from the house. We are a 5mins drive from NP airport/10mins drive to New Plymouth CBD and approx 30mins drive to Mt Taranaki. Walking distance to Bell Block Beach and the scenic Coastal Walkway from Bell Block to NP in an hour. Great for a weekend/short visit to the region.

'Listowel' on Tukapa

Listowel is a cosy, little cottage nestled amongst lush tropical flora, and a salt water swimming pool... simply stunning on a hot summers day. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day. Listowel is only a short walk to local shops, parks, New Plymouth CBD, the hospital, our beautiful coastline, and is located in Westown. 🌻 Relax ~ Enjoy ~ Have fun 🌻

Country setting on the town boundary

A standalone modern studio cottage in picturesque surroundings on the city boundary. Just 10 minutes drive to Pukekura Park, the Bowl of Brooklands and to the bars and restaurants of New Plymouth; this conveniently located unit is perfect for a break away or for those all important business trips. The spacious studio contains a really comfortable king size bed, ensuite with a powerful shower, fridge, microwave and kettle. Just what you need for a comfortable say.

A little bit of country

Guest room separate to the main house. Its a large studio room with en-suite. We're out in the country on a large lifestyle block, only 5mins from Inglewood which is a great little town, and 20mins from New Plymouth. Its a peaceful spot with a great view of Mt Taranaki from our garden. Our place is shared with 2 dogs (outside dogs), 3 cats (probably wouldn't see them), chickens and cattle on the farm From Sept - Oct we have lambs that are being hand fed. :-)
