This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay, making your stay easy and safe.

The house sits on 4 acres full of wildlife and free of highway noise with a 2 acre pond centrally located in the University area of Fairfield. You can occasionally hear our wonderful neighbors especially on Labor Day weekend, and we also let the kids use one side of the pond for fishing. (Check it on Google map).
