Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with lower level tenants and located outside the unit in garage area.
