This gambrel cabin was one of the original homes built in PMC in 1976. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

We are a green home using non chemical cleaners offering chairperson friendly features and air conditioning. The front and back yard decks offer more year round outdoor living. Forestry Dept rules, no open fires or charcoal burning! We do not permit smoking !

Studio with private entrance, bathroom, Queen sized bed, and sleeper sofa. Walking distance to grocery store. 3 min drive to downtown Solvang. 8 min drive to Los Olivos. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.
