Valley Views - rural studio unit + stunning views

Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Plum Cottage - charming tiny house near the beach

Inspired by the tiny house movement, this cottage packs a big punch. Constructed with native timbers, Plum Cottage integrates beautifully with the landscape. The cottage is nestled on our back hill amongst the plum trees and gardens. Feel free to pick some tomatoes or a juicy plum! Summer sunsets are lovely! Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.

Garden Room

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

Inner City Charm is a home away from home! We are situated within a 5 minute flat walk to the CBD, close to cafés, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Perfect if you are travelling without a car. The entire apartment has recently been renovated, offering a fresh new look, comfy bed, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and free tea and coffee, making your stay enjoyable and easy. House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
