The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.
