The studio is 10min away from the old town & Stadium. Close to the studio there are supermarkets, a park, a mall and the Decebal street with plenty of restaurants. Recently refurbished, has all the amenities needed, a bathroom with a tub, a dining area, a small office area, equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven and coffee machine.

It is cosy, natural and gives you inner peace. You can hear the birds and feel close to the outside nature. The 2 rooms give you comfort to separate sleep from day activities. 10 min walk to main blvd, University square and 3 min walk to the lovely small parks, a wine bar, restaurant and a cafe right near the house.
