Take a break and soak up the beauty of the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley in our cosy cottage. With two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen and plenty of parking, it’s an easy place to unwind. Wander nearby forest trails, ride Puffing Billy, visit cellar doors or enjoy good local food and coffee. Or stay in, put on some music, and relax on the verandah while kookaburras, parrots, echidnas and wombats wander by. Right next door to Avalon Castle and an easy walk to Chae. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

This private and cosy space is a newly renovated free standing guesthouse in the heart of Monbulk. Just a few minute walk to the shops in town you have everything from cafes and restaurants to Aldi or Woolworths. The space is perfect for one or two people and close to public transport and local wedding venues in the local area. Breakfast supplies are provided such as granola, milk, yoghurts, butter , bread , tea and coffee. Make yourself feel at home and relax in this cozy space.

Cosy-up in the evenings with the wood fire and rest and reset with your own private two-person sauna. There are country views, free range chickens and a very comfy king size bed. When we can, we love to provide homemade bread and eggs from the chooks. Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, with Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Healesville and Warburton all 15-30 mins away by car.

Our 1959 vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum of one night stay for a quick getaway or to stay longer & enjoy the peace, light the fire pit, which is under cover, ideal if it's raining (made from a beer keg), and roast marshmallows.
