The area is sprinkled with islands, forests, rocks and cliffs and make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, take a dip in the clean ocean water, grab the 2 SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle) and go for a ride, or head over to the nearby nature reserve Velamsund for some exploring or a visit to the little local restaurant. A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Vedeldat bastu med panoramafönster & utedusch finns på bryggan Öppna fönsterpartiet & slå dig ner i de sköna Lounge Stolarna och bara njut av utsikten över vattnet. Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
