The property is spread over 2 large lots with expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature (sights & sounds).

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.
