I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This newly renovated, spacious, and luxurious studio apartment with its own private entrance and plenty of natural light is located in the Rose City Park neighborhood of Portland. You will be right in the heart of the city — close to both downtown and PDX. Restaurants, coffee shops, a wine shop, a brewery, a bagel shop, a grocery store, a golf course, and parks are all within easy walking distance. There is plenty of free street parking, as well as access to multiple types of public transit.

Beaverton Retreat

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Roseway Basecamp

Entire bottom floor of cute 1927 NE Portland home in quiet Roseway neighborhood. The space has a private separate entry and is not shared. Full bathroom, two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two twins. YouTubeTv/Netflix, wifi, and kids games. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and city maps in unit. Home only eight minutes to the PDX airport. Short walk to eats, bars, wine shop, grocery store, and boutique shops. Wellington Park is only one block away.

Fully furnished and private one-bedroom 1st floor apartment (newly built in 2021) in the heart of NE Portland. Located in a quiet residential area. Shared salt water spa in backyard. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. High speed WiFi, cable TV and large dining room table. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks from Irving Park.

Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River.
