The newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the City. The apartment is a part of one of the most beautiful house, that is a cultural heritage and the treasure of Georgia. Constructed in 1897, by architect Korneli Tatishchev next to the old funicular station it belongs to Gabashvili family. The apartment under the stairway is a one room flat with two beds and one bathroom. You will have access to public transportation, restaurants, cafes in just 1 minute walk.

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, gyms, and shops are all nearby. The apartment has a cozy, homely atmosphere, with an interior thoughtfully designed by my mom to be welcoming and comfortable. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home and truly enjoy your stay in Tbilisi.

First of all I want to introduce myself, I am Keti - an artist and I offer you to spend amazing Georgian days in my apartment that I have made all by myself and with all my heart. I am a set and an interior designer and since I didn’t want to make a standard renovation, it doesn’t look like a hotel accommodation. In this place I tried to make an enchanting synthesis of a set and an interior.

Mountain & Lake view house near medieval fortress

Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.

Cozy apartment, in vintage style, is located in Old Tbilisi, on the third floor in Tbilisian yard, near from Freedom square. Apartment is on -8 minute walk from subway and bust stations. Any interesting part of the city can be reached on foot and is really close from our place. Everything is near: Theatre and Opera buildings, old churches, museums, cafes and restaurants.

The room with a balcony is located in the city center, in 100 meters from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Historical monuments, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and playgrounds for children are very close to the apartment.
