The cottage is located on the property of an 1860's Farmhouse with lots of character and charm. In the spring and summer enjoy the beautiful flower gardens on the property. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

Enjoy this cozy 2nd floor guest suite for 2 in a 200 year old farmhouse! The space is a 3 room guest suite, with private entrance, full bath, bedroom and living room. The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family is in the process of moving out of the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our cattle. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Step inside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the warmth and character of a bygone era. The spacious interior of the barn is meticulously adorned with hand-hewn reused floors and reclaimed barn wood throughout.

Farm Country Getaway

Relax in this newly-renovated apartment bordered by cornfields. This property offers a peaceful country retreat with easy access to Hershey (30 min.), Lancaster (40 min.), Harrisburg (30 min.) and Mt. Gretna (10 min.). Please note: My family lives above the apartment. We aim to be quiet when we have guests, but you may hear sounds of small feet, small voices, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate service animals due to a family allergy.

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
