A very quiet, large freshly renovated independent basement family apartment with own kitchen and own large bathroom. It is accessible by the separate outside staircase from the garden site. It is a part of the detached house occupied by the two owners with 9 outdoor cats and 1 friendly female dog. The house is on the quiet side street in the village of Chorherrn, 5 km from Tulln an der Donau with a private free parking on site & optional cont. or hot eggs breakfast (€10 p/p). Leopold der Lamahüte-Wagen

Die Unterkunft stand ursprünglich als Aufenthaltsraum bei einer Erdölbohrstelle im Marchfeld, später wurde sie als Umzugswagen benützt, bis wir ihr Potenzial zu einem Tiny House auf Rädern entdeckt haben. Vom einstmaligen Bauwagen blieb nur das Gerüst, alles andere wurde von uns geplant, eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gäste finden den Bauwagen nun als Unterkunft, der es an keinem (kleinem) Luxus mangelt. Inmitten der Lamawiese, hat er ein idyllisches Plätzchen auf der Farm bekommen.

Auszeit vom Alltag

Es sind ALLE willkommen!! Komfort und Entpannung im BLOCKHAUS auf der Waldlichtung. Auch Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Frühstück ist im Preis inkludiert. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm.. Wintersperre von 7.1. bis Februar. Februar bis Osterferien eingeschränkter Betrieb. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (zb Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (zB Marienkäfer)möglich.

The apartment is located in the west part of Vienna, very close to the castle Schöbrunn & Gloriette, Otto Wagner church, Gustav Klimt villa or Technical museum Vienna. It is very good connected to the city center (with a tram 49 and U4 line), Vienna airport, directly connected to two main train stations: Hauptbahnhof and Westbahnhof. The surrounding is very quite and green, suitable for jogging along the river. The apartment has a huge, quiet terrace with a nice sunset view.
