My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The cottage is a cute 2 bedroom stand alone house situated on the high side of moss vale towards Robertson. It has views right across the mountains and looks over the agricultural grounds so you feel like your in the country but only 2 mins from town. You can drive up to the house in your own private driveway. We can arrange for a spare single mattress if you have a family of 5. It has a gas hot water and a full kitchen if you need it. It’s also fully fenced so you can bring your dog.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Native Ducks, Kookaburra's, Eastern and Crimson Rosellas, Kangaroos and Wombats in abundance. Wood fired heating or air conditioned and wi-fi (Star Link) connected.

Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival.
