Welcome to "The Tolson". This is a special treehouse that sleeps up to 6 guests. It features a queen bedroom, set of bunk beds and a sofa couch in the main room. At 400 square feet it has plenty of room to move about and has a huge front deck wrapping around the sides. Nestled along the East treeline of the farm, The Tolson provides shade most of the day but has a great view of the sun rising and setting. This house also has its own swings and fire pit to complete your experience.

The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. We also welcome our full wrap around porch for ours guests leisure, along with an outdoor seating area. We hope you join us for a blissful experience! See you soon!

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. One time $100 pet fee.
