My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Private Geelong Hideaway

A welcoming retreat for both short and extended stays, our home provides a comfortable haven. Our Guest house is located at the back of the property completely separated from the main house to maximise guest’s privacy. We are able to accommodate up to 4 guests as we have a queen bed a fold up bed which will take up to 85kg and a full size cot is also available for an extra $50 fee it will be set up for you on request. Also l require photo id ,happy for this to be sent on message thread .

With a large lounge, spacious bedroom, kitchen, laundry & bathroom, your house includes polished hardwood floorboards and has been freshly painted and tiled. Located in quiet area above the Waurn Ponds walk/bike track, it's just a few minutes from the Surf Coast Highway, Colac Rd, Geelong Ring Road, Epworth Hospital, Deakin University, Waurn Ponds Shopping precinct, Belmont Villiage, Grovedale Hotel, etc.
