Dalla veranda e dalle finestre potrete ammirare il lago di Massaciuccoli, (caro al grande musicista Giacomo Puccini), le coste di:" Torre Del Lago, Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio ...Alle spalle le Alpi Apuane. Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Casa rurale "Buena Vista" è ristrutturata con vista mare, lago e colline. L'edificio è storico ed era il municipio del tranquillo borgo di Ricetro nel 1700. Locato a 20 minuti dalle spiagge della Versilia e da Pisa e 15 minuti da Lucca. Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. Spazio esterno per pranzare e abbronzarsi vista mare.
