South Park Guest House

Historic South Park guesthouse. Built as the center of 3 sisters, this 1920 shotgun cottage and its neighbor to the right were bought by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped them both down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings with skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows, new doors, and Berber carpet. Owned by a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

Our cozy place is ideal for the romantic wanderer or for the working businessperson. It sits in the center of Centerville's Uptown District amid restaurants, bars and boutiques. You'll have easy access to Dayton, the Air Force base and its terrific museum. There's even a guide to my favorite Wright Brother’s spot inside. The Entertainment District begins at your doorstep so this probably isn't your place if you must be in bed before 10 pm. There may be live music outside on Saturdays/holidays

Warm and welcoming, this brick home is centrally located to the many area sites you might like to visit during your stay with easy and quick access to SR 35. Lots of charm and a California attitude prevail throughout the home. Use the driveway to park off the street. The neighborhood is safe and generally quiet. A convenience store, laundromat, and drug store are within walking distance. Outdoor spaces to relax and plenty of room inside for up to 4 guests to cook, relax, or work. Coffee/tea
