Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. The unit is available for 30 days stay at the time. It has a light living room a bright kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with washer/ dryer and separate bedroom. If you have specific dates in mind lmk. In winter months we provide a portable heater.

Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. 1 K bed and 1 Q pull out sofa, W/D in the unit and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
