It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Terrazza sul lago

Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente di due locali: al piano terra la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immersa nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Dista 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. HOLIDAY CARD per tutti.
