Una hermosa casa de 70mq con jardín y parking. Majestuosa vista al lago desde el jardín y todas las habitaciones. Sus interiores son decorados y amueblados con estilo y cuidando una elevada atención al detalle. Muy tranquilo y silencioso. A solo 5 minutos a pie se arriva a la playa más cercana. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
