We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listed price is based on a 4-guest occupancy. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

The mattress is Firm Flex Foam on the bottom and 1" of Memory Foam on top . If you don't cover the vent on the bathroom floor after the shower drains the stink smell can back up but if you cover it , it don't stink .
