Condo has WiFi, TV's in every room, Cable TV, Barbecue Grill, and a garage to secure your toys while in Moab. Condo includes a Washer and Dryer, and everything else you may need to make your stay more comfortable.

We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

We have added some personal original touches to this unit, so it does feel like a home away from home. Our 3 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo has easy access to your toys, to the condo and the pool and hot tub located directly behind our building. The master suite has a king size bed with flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a FULL size double queen bunk! 3rd bedroom is a single queen bed and there is also a queen fold out with memory foam mattress. Our unit sleeps 10 people total.
