Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια.
