Augusta wineries, Main Street St. Charles and the Streets of Cottleville are all within minutes of the location! There are two rental units in the treehouse: The spa suite and the penthouse. Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
