The cottage has period appropriate furnishings with all the modern amenities! This historic property is located on a quiet street near an elementary school. California is a great location. We are an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Jefferson City and situated halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City right off Highway 50!

We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Farm House

Enjoy you stay at a 1950 farm house on a working cattle hobby farm. come and relax and watch the cattle grazing in the grass. the set of double beds are up a flight of stairs. We have plenty of parking, We are only a few minutes from the small town of Versailles. and only 13 minutes to the lake of the Ozarks lake access. and 15 minutes to off Road Loop 2 The water here at the farm does have a sulfur smell, so we do provide bottled drinking water for your stay. No TV but do have WIFI.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Be our Guest! Adorable 1 Bedroom home all to yourself. Relax in this freshly decorated home. We have Wifi Alexa Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We have a barbeque grill and patio set. Washer and Dryer for you to use. Step outside onto the large patio complete with outdoor dining, comfy furniture, and a grill. The kitchenette is equipped for your convenience. Relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in nature's beauty.

Cozy Cabin at Water's Edge

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
