If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. The apartment is centrally located with multiple public transport options on your doorstep. There are two bedrooms, each with BIR's, a central tiled bathroom, laundry, a well-appointed kitchen featuring stone bench tops and Bosch appliances and an adjacent dining and open plan living area.
