A cozy private "Chickenhouse" cottage, surrounded by 2 acres of garden and forest. Located minutes from the beach and a short walk to Roberts Creek village. Pet friendly, we kindly ask for a $10/night fee paid direct ( 1 only please, we expect your pet to be with you at all times). A PERFECT SPOT for the winter offering a relaxing retreat with lots of BREAKFAST items provided, a private HOTTUB ( Softtub) and a wood burning SAUNA(except during fire restriction periods). Rosie's Studio

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Relax in this quiet pastoral setting and enjoy the sweep of the ocean out to volcanic Mount Baker. We welcome families with children and pets. Update: Emily the duck has passed.

Come relax and enjoy a quiet, comfy stay on a country farm. The spacious open plan studio suite features a comfortable bed, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, television and wifi. We are dog friendly and welcome sociallized, neutered/spade dogs to romp in the yard with our four. We have limited cooking facilities (toaster oven, induction stove-top and BBQ) and encourage our guests to support the local restaurants.

It accommodates 2 comfortably with full kitchen , dining table, spacious bathroom with shower, queen size bed with reading lights, and a private patio with BBQ. Breakfast makings are provided - fresh organic wood-fired naturally-leavened sourdough bread from Francis Bread, also butter, jam, eggs, milk, coffee and tea.
