Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und die Ausstattung ist weitgehend neu. Bei gutem Wetter lässt sich ein wunderschönes Alpenpanorama und ein kleiner Teil des Bodensees erblicken. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 3-4 km zu erreichen. In 5 km Entfernung ist die Messe Friedrichshafen. Zum Bodensee sind es ca. 8km.
