Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). Easily bike or walk to morning coffee, the riverfront, or take a short drive to Lunch Loops for mountain biking and hiking (our favorite!) We have a Nespresso machine or french press for morning coffee, washer/dryer, non-toxic shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and any kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. Also provided a pack n play, high chair, and baby items for families :)

Pet Friendly! Ideal for a couple or single person but can accommodate up to 4 people utilizing the foldout sofa bed in the living room/kitchenette. It's an open space concept design. Desert's Edge provides an authentic Fruita experience including local art and outdoor Colorado adventure. Fruita is known for its world-famous mountain biking trails, and Desert’s Edge is centrally located to all the action, but we hope to highlight more Fruita attractions for you to explore during your stay.
